We have undertaken 8 projects so far for Moody Homes Ltd since 2011.

We completed our first project for Elmore Contractors Ltd in 2013, Glencrofts in Hockley, a development of 23 detached 4 bed houses and 2/3 bed bungalows all with garages and walled gardens. Since the we have also completed a development of 11 houses and 3 penthouse flats in Thorpe Bay, Southend On Sea. This Development was a East Anglian Region finalist for the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2017.

Since 2012 we have been awarded 6 contracts for Chelsteen Homes Ltd. We are proud to have delivered over 50 domestic housing units for this high quality, well respected house builder. 

We have undertaken many projects for C J Bardwell Ltd ranging from one off bespoke houses to Industrial units, Offices and Sports Facilities

We have undertaken many projects for S P Bardwell Ltd again ranging from one off houses to Industrial units, Offices and Retail Units.

We have completed numerous projects for Shenfield Construction Ltd

Again we have carried out many projects for SECBUILD Ltd, New Build Houses and domestic extensions etc, SECBUILD was our first customer when we started in 2009 and we look forward to a continued fruitfull working relationship.

We were awarded our first contract for this renowned principle contractor in 2016, a development of 14 houses in Hastingwood. Since then we have completed 16 houses in Little Hallingbury and 8 houses in Chelmsford.

  We have so far completed 2 projects for this small volume house builder.
